Hotel Fees

Single occupation - 6 nights - (breakfast included):	495 €
Double occupation - 6 nights - (for 2 persons, breakfast included):	595 €

Additional nights (seventh night and on)
Price per night - single occupation (breakfast included):	80 €
Price per night - double occupation (for 2 persons, breakfast included):	95 €

Individual nights (less than 6 nights)
Price per night - single occupation (breakfast included):	95 €
Price per night - double occupation (for 2 persons, breakfast included):	110 €

Booking and Payment Conditions

• Payment must accompany the registration form and/or the hotel reservation form.
• TRAVELIL will send you confirmation of reservation by fax, letter or email.
• Room reservations will be made on a first come, first served basis.
• Changes in reservations will be subject to an administration charge of 25 €.
• Cancellations up to 8 weeks prior to arrival : cancellation fees: 25 % of the total amount
• Cancellations between 8 weeks and 4 weeks prior to the arrival: 50 % of the total amount
• Cancellations between 4 weeks and 2 weeks prior to the arrival: 75 % of the total.
• Cancellations less than 2 weeks prior to the arrival : full amount charged.
• All cancellations/amendments must be done in writing to TRAVELIL (fax, letter or email liliane@travelil.fr).
• Extra expenses in the Hotels must be paid directly.
