Final Abstract Submission

Final abstracts must be submitted as Latex or Word documents via the online abstract submission system on this Web site. The Latex or Word documents must be stricly formatted based on template files we provide, to ensure production of a nice volume with homogeneous presentation for all abstracts.

Step 1

The set of template files is available as a compressed ZIP archive.

Note: If you are unable to download the ZIP file due to anti-virus software preventing downloads of ZIP files, you can also download the same file which has been renamed mic2007_templates.zipped. Just make sure you rename the file to mic2007_templates.zip once downloaded.

Step 2

Decompress the downloaded archive file. It should contain the following files:
Readme.first (file containing these directives)
YourFile.doc (template for final abstract for Microsoft Word)
YourFile.tex (template for final abstract for LaTeX)
YourFile.pdf (template for final abstract after LaTeX, dvipdf processing - pdf document)
YourFileWord.pdf (PDF document created after Word to PDF conversion)

Step 3

Prepare your final abstract using the file YourFile.doc or YourFile.tex as a template.

Please strictly follow our instructions and formats to produce a nice volume with homogeneous presentations for all final abstracts.

If producing your abstract requires additionnal support files (such as images or equation data), you must create a single ZIP archive from all required files and upload it.

Further information and guidelines are contained in the template files (YourFile.doc or YourFile.tex).

Step 4

Once your final abstract is ready (you should have produced a Latex or Word document based on the provided templates), submit it online using the following form (click on the link).

You will need the abstract reference number that was issued when you submitted the first time, and the verification code that we provided in the email message we recently sent you, entitled MIC 2007 Final Abstract Submission.
