Venue

The main conference venue where all sessions will take place, as well as the registration and some of the social activities, will be the main building of HEC Montréal, the business school affiliated with Université de Montréal. This building is located on the fringes of the main campus of Université de Montréal at 3000 Chemin de la Côte-Sainte-Catherine. Participants who have attended Optimization Days recently should be familiar with this location.

The conference banquet will be held in the DoubleTree Plaza Montréal Hotel, where we have reserved a block of rooms (see below). HEC Montréal can be reached easily from the DoubleTree by subway (both HEC and the hotel are less than a 5-minute walk from a subway station and the subway ride should take around 20 minutes).

Accomodation

The MIC 2007 conference is held just after the Montreal Grand Prix and just before the Montreal Jazz Festival. Since this is the busy period for hotels in Montreal we encourage you to reserve well in advance.
